• International urban movement conference celebrates 10th anniversary April 30, 2013 A decade of urban dance movement evolution will be marked as competitors from around the world converge on UW-Madison May 1-5 for 10th Annual International Festival of Urban Movement.

• International urban movement conference returns to Madison May 1, 2012 Urban dance competitors from around the world will converge on Madison from May 9 to 13 for the ninth annual International Festival of Urban Movement: Breakin’ the Law & Breaking Ground, gathering at venues from the Capitol square to the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus.
• Dance Department students present “Les Muses” April 26-28 April 18, 2012 Dance students at the University of Wisconsin-Madison will perform "Les Muses," a student concert featuring contemporary dance works by six emerging student choreographers and an original piece by New York artist in residence Pamela Pietro on April 26-28 at 8 p.m.
