Her lecture, “Through a Glass Darkly: The Persistence of Race in Education Research,” will take place at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 27, at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center in Washington, D.C.

A story about Ladson-Billings and the Brown Lecture was published in the August/September 2011 issue of Educational Researcher.
