UW Arboretum
The UW Arboretum, with its 1,200 acres bordering Lake Wingra and more than 20 miles of trails, offers nature’s bounty — from wetlands to bird-watching to natural prairies. As one fan who chose the Arboretum as a favorite natural area wrote, “Nothing like all those trees, trails and turkeys!”
