"Looking back on his tenure he will be the most successful director in Wisconsin's history. When you look at the financial situation and the successes of the teams today versus when he began his tenure in 1990, it's remarkable.

"I think if I were to evaluate his greatest strength it has been the people that he has brought to Wisconsin, and his ability to put people in positions so they will succeed. He has put wonderful people around him, which is to his credit. And he has allowed them to do their jobs, which is also to his credit."
