CAMPUS ARTS OPPORTUNITIES: APRIL 11-17

MADISON - Music continues to fill the air this week.

In addition to student ensemble concerts by the Madrigal Singers, Concert Choir, Symphony Orchestra and even the Javanese Gamelan Ensemble, piano professor Christopher Taylor presents the eighth and ninth installments of his Beethoven piano sonata series, while flute professor Stephanie Jutt and friends perform at a benefit for the Waisman Center and that's not even counting guest artists visiting campus.

These concerts are just some of the many arts events taking place during the week of April 11-17 at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. This weekly digest highlights upcoming opportunities for the public to experience the university arts in campus theaters, museums, galleries and concert halls. All events are free unless otherwise noted.
