UW–Madison in top 10 in national study-abroad ranking
Record numbers of UW–Madison students are earning some of their academic credit abroad, with a participation rate that far exceeds the national average. What is more, they are increasingly choosing to study in previously non-traditional destinations such as China and India.

Authors celebrate master cheesemakers of Wisconsin
James Norton and Becca Dilley drove 7,600 miles during the winter of 2007–08, interviewing cheesemakers, listening to their stories, tasting their cheeses and exploring the plants where they work. Wisconsin Union Catering offers Thanksgiving-to-go dinners
Pre-cooked turkey, ham and vegetarian dinners with all the trimmings will be available to order from the Catering Division until Friday, Nov. 20. The order form with full menu and contact information for ordering by phone or e-mail is posted online, and orders can be picked up from noon-6 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 25, in the Memorial Union’s Tripp Commons.
