- UW students volunteer 10,000 hours and rock April 20, 2007 More than 1,000 student volunteers will rock the Orpheum Theatre at 8 p.m. on Saturday, April 21, for the University of Wisconsin-Madison's first 10,000 Hours Show.
- All-Campus Party celebrates end of school year April 19, 2007 All-Campus Party (ACP) 2007, hosted by the Wisconsin Alumni Student Board (WASB), will take place from Saturday, April 21-Saturday, April 28, and feature a variety of cost-free, alcohol-alternative events for University of Wisconsin-Madison students.
- Program partners international and American students to enhance learning April 11, 2007 UW–Madison is home to more than 3,000 international students from more than 100 countries. As new international students arrive on campus each year, many are confronted with language barriers, culture shock, loneliness and academic difficulties, among other worries.

- ‘Facebook’ generation urged to keep information private online Feb. 27, 2007 Ask any University of Wisconsin-Madison student whether they have a Facebook or MySpace account, and the answer will probably be "yes." According to recent statistics, Facebook tallies 250 million hits every day and ranks ninth in overall traffic on the Internet.
- Students encouraged to participate in alcohol study Feb. 21, 2007 The University of Wisconsin System is conducting a survey of undergraduates this month to better understand the impacts of alcohol and other drug use by UW students.
- Berquam named UW-Madison dean of students Feb. 15, 2007 Citing her unique combination of administrative skills and ability to relate to students, Chancellor John D. Wiley and Provost Patrick Farrell have selected Lori Berquam to serve as dean of students at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
