• Winter Commencement ceremonies set for Sunday, Dec. 21 Dec. 15, 2008 University of Wisconsin-Madison alumnus and veteran professor of political science and public affairs Dennis Dresang will speak to graduates at the university's Winter Commencement ceremonies on Sunday, Dec. 21, at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
