Web chat: Chancellor Search

Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2012, 6:30–8 p.m.

Join a Web chat on Tuesday, Oct. 23 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. to give your input on the talents and qualities you’d like to see in the next chancellor of the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

David McDonald, a professor of history who chairs the 25-member search and screen committee, will be among the panelists for the chat.

The UW–Madison community reaches far beyond the boundaries of the campus itself. The purpose of the chat is to gain insight into the shared vision the many stakeholders on and outside of the campus have for UW–Madison over the next decades to come. The session will also share information about the selection process, expected to be completed in 2013.

Participants can ask questions, share input or simply observe. If you have problems logging in, email chancellor@news.wisc.edu for technical assistance.
