Information sessions will address latest HR Design developments

July 1, 2013 By Greg Bump

Four information sessions are set for July to update the campus community on the HR Design project.

An amendment to the state budget has delayed the implementation of components of HR Design that require statutory changes, originally scheduled for July 1, 2013, until July 1, 2015. Project leaders will discuss the next steps for the project and address questions from the audience.

The schedule for the sessions is:

July 9, 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Memorial Union;

July 11, 11 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. at the Memorial Union;

July 16, 11 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. at Health Sciences Learning Center;

July 17, 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Gordon Dining and Event Center.

The July 17 session will be streamed live via the Internet. Details about the live stream will be available at the project website.

Interpretation in Spanish, Tibetan, Hmong and Mandarin Chinese will be offered at each of the sessions.

All university employees are welcome to attend without loss of pay. Schedule with your supervisor if you wish to attend.
