Polls will be open in Madison from 7 a.m.-8 p.m. If you have not pre-registered, U.S. citizens who are 18 years of age and have been residents of Wisconsin for at least 10 days, can register Tuesday at the polls. </p> <p> Those who register or change their address at the polls on election day must present proof of residence or a registered voter who will attest that they know you and know that you have resided at your address for at least ten days prior to the election. </p> <p> Please note: If you have ever been issued a Wisconsin driver's license, you must supply your driver's license number on your registration form.
